I have registered on the mobile version of the game but can't seem to retrieve my progress?

I have registered on the mobile version of the game but can't seem to retrieve my progress? I reset the factory settings on my phone and have downloaded the apps again but none of my games can retrieve my progress as it says my email is not registered but I have received newsletters from King.
