When I try to purchase gold bars I get the message [Unknown_String_ID]. Can this be fixed?

When trying to purchase extra lives I receive an error message "unknown_string_id". Please help

** Which device are you using to play the game;
** If using a computer, did you try to open the game on a different browser?

I'm on a laptop. When I try a different browser I get "unable to make purchase. Please try again".

There was another Farmer who was experiencing the same issue on their laptop too.
** This morning, our Farm In-charge has already reported this issue to the FHS game Studio and they are investigating what's going on. Once the issue is fixed, I will update you with the latest info.

This is in response to the 4/25 questions. I just downloaded the game on Edge through the Microsoft store. I am still unable to make purchases. I cannot make a purchase of any type - I guess it doesn't like my Gold Bars!

One more question, do you get the same error message as before when trying to make any purchase through the W10 app?

I successfully made purchases (in the store and 5 additional lives in the game) on the Edge/Microsoft version. I just tried on my Facebook game and got the Unknown String ID message again.
