None of my King games are loading on iPad. Why?

Since the latest update from Apple for my iPad all of my King games have been having problems. Have had to delete and reinstall them all and thought that had worked but now they are all just getting stuck on the "loading" page. It's so frustrating! Any idea what the problem is King Care?

Which iPad model do you have?
Please also tell which OS version you are using.
If you are using iOS on an older device then please see this thread: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-is-ipad-2-not-supported-anymore-for-candy-crush-crash
Some of the older phones and tablets can't run the games so this might be your issue.
It can also be that you have other apps running that interferes. Try a simple reboot right before playing one of the games to see if it solves the issue.

Cop out!! Fix the problem so ALL can play it unless you want to lend us money to upgrade to a new iPad etc..

Thanks for reply. Managed to solve this problem by deleting and reloading the apps. This was after the update to IOS 10 roll out. Thankfully all working ok again but think I may have lost some boosters - just pleased to be able to access the games again.

Can't access free lives from team
The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
Lost my points
My game was accidentally removed. I pulled the app up and noticed my score dropped a couple thousand points! Why?? That is not fair!! I was almost @ 4000. I lost over 2000 points

Im at a very hard level and not even in my phone i beat it
