I have twice requested extra lives at 9 gold bars each. Both amounts could have come out of my own stash of gold. Instead I was thanked for my purchase, the gold was taken from my stash, I got two extra hours but not the 22 gold bars which comprise part of the 'special offer'. I don't know if the money (£1.41 each time) has gone out of my account but it better had not because it was not what I wanted! You need to stop cheating people.
