Lost rewards

I recently had to reinstall my game as it kept crashing. Although my progress was saved I have lost hundreds of tools & rewards accumulated over years. I'm still using the same device. Why has my progress been saved but not my rewards?

    I am sorry to hear that you have lost your saved boosters from your game!

    Unfortunately, that is the side affect when we reinstall our game - whether we use a different device or same device. The reason for this is -- when we delete the App, the memory pertaining to the game also will be deleted.

    ** If all of those saved boosters are collected through "daily bonus" and the special events, they will not be reimbursed. But, if you have purchased any of those boosters, you can contact the King Customer Support team through the "Customer Care" tab


    Even if you did not purchase any of your boosters, you can still contact the Customer Care team and see if they send some goodies towards you! But, no promises though 🙄

    Certain things are saved to the memory on your device. Unfortunately things like tools are one of them :( It's a good idea to use expendable things as they come in rather than save them up. So sorry this happened to you
