Which of these ipads would be best for King games? My old ipad mini keeps crashing.

I have an old ipad, probably the first generation. My King games crash when I hit 'play'. I need to replace it but am wondering which of the following models would be best. Can anyone advise?

Apple iPad mini MD530LL/A (64GB, Wi-Fi, Black) (B00746W6X2)

Apple iPad mini 4 (64GB, Wi-Fi, Gold) (B016PTIG0U)

The Apple iPad mini MD530LL only has 1 GB of RAM which is a bottleneck for handling newer games.

Instead I suggest the Apple iPad mini 4 as it comes with 2GB of RAM as well as having a newer iOS version.
