I have played Farm Heroes on my Huywai and changed to iPhone, I was on level 721, but even with logging in with the same FB Account on my iPhone it starts on level 1 again. How can I fix this

I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
