I was playing the team leagues, the timing showed 23 hours and (unfortunately) i see a reset.
Unlucky, Bug or i didn't see an announcement ?

My "problem" is quite simple, our team played a "team league", we were at the first place (23 hours before the end) and this competition was reset.
This afternoon, a new "team league" start.
My question is quite simple too : "why ?" :-)

The event had to be switched off as there was an issue with scoreboards. (If you are interested to find out about the issue, please check last 2 pages). That is the reason!
Out team was also in the same position as yours - stayed strongly in first rank when the clock has 6 more hours left and this morning, we are in position 6 with 0 points ๐

This problem is not new.
This issue is recurring.
And my team is also offended, because yesterday we were in first place and by a wide margin from other teams. But this morning we saw that the first place is occupied by a man with a large margin from us (but the sum of his points is less than we scored yesterday). Our team has almost no points.
I hate to look at this. I've been watching this for several months now.
This problem is recurring, and of course everyone is deeply concerned, but the problem is not solved. This is very bad.

We really appreciate the feedback and know that the studio is aware that there are still some more improvements that need to be addressed.
We did have an issue with the previous event and we have corrected it and keeping an eye on it. Do you currently have the event in your game now?
May I please have your Game ID, and also the name of your team so we may ask the studio to have a look and see why points are not showing?

Unfortunately King have given some players the option to join a team but when they pass a level their score doesn't add onto the team score. So if you have members with zero scores they are probably playing but not able to have their score added. Makes it hard to win bonuses. So many bugs in this game. I lost all my beans some time back and am trying to win some back. As I have been playing for around 10 years I had hundreds of thousands. Why can't King let everyone to play Team Leagues to make it fair?
