How do you make sure that the game is backed up to facebook or kingdom account?

Thanks for posting.
If you open the game and go to the settings in the bottom left hand corner, you will see 2 icons, one for Facebook and the other orange icon for the Kingdom.
To connect with Facebook please make sure first that you are logged in to the right account within the Facebook app/browser. Then on the home screen for Candy Crush. Tap to connect.
To connect to Kingdom. Go to the game settings (bottom left) and tap the orange Kingdom icon. Here you can input your credentials that you can then you use on other devices.Β
