Lost my level progress coz I had to restore my phone to factory setting

Hi, I lost my progress (was on 720+ level on farm hearts saga) after I had to restore my phone to factory settings. I had to install the app again and now I don't know how to go back to the level I was in. I was really enjoying the game. Please help. I don't think I used any Id to log in to the game though.
