Stuck loading and Crashing

Dear Sirs

I have problems with the most of your games.

I have an iPad and I'm playing through Apps

at first was crashing when I was played and now the most don't even opened

I have restart, update , delete and download again but nothing

is there any problem with the platform? Is anything that I can do?

pls help me

Can you please confirm the model iPad you are using? Also, please specify what iOS version you got installed on it.

HIThe iOS version is 9.3.5 And the model is MD 543HB/A
