Free Boosters at the end of the Month

Hi,

For the last 6 months i have not received the free boosters at the end of the month , i get the couple in the course of the month but it always skips over the last one, and that is the one that is a big help as it has 2 dogs and i think its a plus one booster.

This has been happening to me for at least a year, it always cheats me out of the final box in the grid. I play every day, several times a day. I know this was mentioned a long time ago because I looked it up on this site, but nobody ever answered and the problem was never solved.
