Game will not load on my ipad mini

Farm Heroes Saga will not load on my ipad mini. I have tried to delete it, but it won't let me do that either. The icon is much darker than it normally appears, and does not respond to any actions I try to take. Thge game will, however, load on my laptop. Other King games work fine on my ipad mini. Can you help?
