Does King even care?

Do you guys even care about your player base? There are very few replies to people having problems with your games! Customer service is KEY when operating a business!!! Even if people aren't spending money, they might in the future and you're deterring them from doing so by ignoring their problems. Get your acts together please and make things right!

"Every time I reach a certain level, the next levels stop opening for me, and they don’t unlock until after 5 days or more, and when they do, only 10 or 15 levels open. Right now I'm at level 7720, and there are no levels after it. Why don’t you unlock all the levels at the same time?"

Ich spiele seit einigen Jahren das Spiel und es gibt ja öfters ziemlich coole Events, wo man dann nach jedem Level eine kurze Rückmeldung bekommt, was man denn so "gesammelt" hat.
