hello,
Untill yesterday and 3 days ahead of it, before Boonie booster was activated the boosters were not present as usually... not to mention recharge activation because it was not possible at all.
I didn't find anything about it on the forum so I guess the players were informed somehow or I just missed something but I am sure I didn't because I was active all this week playing the game.
Is this something new and we will not be able to use the recharge option any more, or...

I am sorry to say that I am a bit unclear about the issue you are having!!
Are you saying that your boosters - Shovels, Tractors, +1 Bonus and Hunter/Purple dog boosters are not recharging as they should?
If so, which device are you using? When did you notice the issue?
And, can you please show me a screenshot of your current boosters - from an old level as Bonnie's boosters won't be there π

I can't show an image from it because it was happening befor this last Bonnie event. But I can tell you that this last week when we should have recharge option on boosters on the map like wrapped gifts....I didn't have no single one all 3 days.
I am on Android, last version, updated and I play on downloaded game from Play store not on facebook. But this last week I noticed that my account constantly goes logged out of FB, without me doing it and than all problems are coming up.
For example now Bonnie boosters are missing in the game, I was level 6 on Bonnie but because the boosters didn't show up I lost the level, few times so I tried with closing and opening the game from the start.
Than I got my Bonnie back but on level 2.
I am pretty much sure that you guys can check exactly what am I talking about.

@merily there are so many different options that sometimes we need clarification.
For instance, it sounds like youβre talking about the Choo Choo rewards. like these?
They only recharge if you have zero boosters, but this event comes and goes. For instance I have it on w10, but I donβt have it on my iPad. It should not be there all the time.

As regards new Bonnie, sheβs been unavailable this week as they are testing features, so it could be youβve been reverted back to the old style that ran slightly differently. This is why we ask for screenshots you see as it all helps π
As regards the game constantly logging out, that sounds more like your phone. You havenβt been clearing the game cache a lot have you? Or the phone cache?

will try to clear the cash, this process is automatically done on my phone once a week, but any way I will do it now. . let's see what will happen.

that is Choo Choo event.
I had a break in playing this game couple of years but last year I started again. Since than every time Bonnie finishes, Choo Choo is starting. I haven't seen different scenarios.
That is why I was wondering what is going on this time.

As I supposed game cash need cleaning only when we play through browsers, which is not in my case @Lady_Choo

sometimes when game cache is cleared it logs you out that's why I wondered if it was that. I wouldn't clean it a lot, just after game issues. So you never know that might help now anyway π
yeah sometimes these events come and go but it's maybe as bonnie should be here but isn't properly.. that's why both aren't showing. I heard they were maybe using the old one for now so the players have something so that might be why it's gone down levels π
