Every time I try to login into the game it just keeps coming up with no internet connection
How do I fix ?
Oh, no dear!! I am afraid your game has was affected by bug ๐ To fix this issue, the only remedy we have is to delete and reinstall the App ๐
Nobody knows why this bug affects the games!! And, there is no prevention either ๐ข
But, before deleting the App, I would recommend you to open the game on a laptop or desktop and play a level or two (old or new)! This will help to save your Magic Beans, as well as the progress you have made in past few days - from the time the issue started (personal experience)!
Once you did that, you can delete the App on your mobile device โ clear cache / clear data (whichever is available on your device) โ turn off WiFi โ turn off your device โ Turn it back in after 10 minutes โ WiFi on โ install the App โ log in. You should be able to find yourself where you left off and the game should work again without any issues!!
** Few farmers have told me that they had to follow above steps couple of times for it to work!! I am not very sure why that happens though!!

I know! It is weird that only your team and my team are the ones that are having โLivesโ issue but nobody else.
What I found out from Farm Queen is that the Studio will look into it once they fix the issue of โmissing companionsโ in Farm Club.
I will remind the Farm Queen and find out where our issue is ๐ Sadly, it is not up to us (the players) or Farm Queen to rush the Studio to fox things.
They usually look into the glitches/bugs only when they have multiple complaints. Unfortunately, it is only your team and my team that are complaining ๐ฅ Hence, no priority for this issue ๐
Hi @PummyRaj I find it odd that according to the FHS site 'no new issues' have been reported to the Studio. Our team is continuing to have the 'lives' problem and the 'oops connection lost' comes and goes. Chat seems to have returned at the moment

The โLivesโ issue is being investigated. I did not receive any update yet!
** Actually, I should say that I could not ask our Farm Queen due t the โlogging outโ glitch I have been having from past week+

And, the โconnection issueโ โ everybody has been quiet, so I thought the glitch was gone!! I have stopped watching Ads as advised. Hence, not sure if that is working or not ๐

An update on that pesky 'oops the connection has been lost'.
Yesterday was a particularly bad day for this glitch. Finally I just gave up.
Had a dream run today, until a few minutes ago, where I needed just one more move.
Guess what happened????
Yes ofcourse the connection was 'lost'. Apparently.
So just to test this, I immediately tried to buy 5 moves - I only just had enough GBs to do this.
And guess what? It worked perfectly.
So no 'oops' when GBs are involved I guess.
On top of this, the team chat seems to have frozen and no one has chatted for over a day. (Not at all usual). And our team is still not receiving lives that are sent from other members of the team.
Overall, rather frustrating!

it appears that the following have been improved with the tablet version of 5.91.2:
... the facebook login is faster and more reliable
... the connection errors no longer occur

Same problem just happened again. Offered 5 extra moves for ads and got the pop up of no connection! Hit continue and it moves to level failed
No freezing, just the pop up and thus no adverts to get the extra lives. Just hit X and moved on

One more question! Your game did not freeze though, right?
Is it just โno connectionโ box popped and you had to click on X or you wouldnโt get rid of that comment box until you โexitโ the game App?

Yes, I tried to get a couple of extra moves via an advert and got the infamous pop up. I actually have no idea if it would have appeared if I simply moved on and tried again. Probably not. This has happened before
So, the pop-up appeared when you played few Ads for extra moves - while at the end of the level? Do you think that, if you didnโt watch the Ads, the game might have been fine?
Would like to make sure before I give a heads-up to the Farm Queen please ๐ธ๐ฑ๐ฉโ๐พ
Just when I needed some extra moves, that old โno connectionโ appeared again. Soooo frustrating.

My โlostโ connection seems to happen when I open the game, sometimes when I finish one, and sometimes randomly. Like @BQN537 itโs an irritation at the moment.

I am experiencing some similar issues, the connection lost pop up which keeps me from watching the video at the end to get more moves. Since the last farm tournament I am continuously routed to a prize box to collect the prize I've already collected wasting precious time that could be spent playing ๐ญ

Thanks for the info. My games was recently updated. I thought the game automatically updated itself unless your device had limited space
@rebelchild in theory it should. But I don't have limited space on any of mine and they all seem to update upto 3 days after updates are released. So ๐คทโโ๏ธ
Greetings to those still experiencing problems with Farm heroes saga.. The level 45 side game is gone again, and you hadn't left any other advantages, so now we're deprived of that too. Unlocking one level per week isn't enough, and I can't eve play because I'm afraid I'II finish it.. Ugh, I keep playing hoping it will Getโฆ

The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
