It looks like there are some regulations that you need to follow while signing into your game!!

Let's try these...

1) Which country do you live in?

2) Is this the first time you are downloading the game OR have been playing it from a while?

3) Did the pop-up appeared suddenly in your game?

4) Did you change any settings - to the App permissions, etc.,

Please answer these questions and we will go from there 👍️

Can you please give me one more information? Please provide your game ID number.

If you do not know how to find it, please look at these images….

1) Click on the Blue “My Profile” tab;

2) Double tap on the King logo at the top of the page - your ID number will be revealed. You can either copy & paste that number OR take a screenshot and post it here 🙂

Did you try clicking on that “Contact Us” button? You should be able to contact the “KING Customer Care” team thought that tab!
