Hello @Lady_Choo, My most memorable gift was from my son -- a music box with a figurine of a guardian angel watching over a boy kneeling by his bed in prayer.

I don´t remember getting, but I give to my parents. Both love flowers of all kind but there are special ones that they love more.
My fathers special flower for the winter/christmas was amaryllis so I bought that for him in the beginning of december when it´s sold so it will blom at christmas. This year is the first time I didn´t buy it because my father past away in the beginning of this year.
My moms special flower for winter/chrimstmas is hyacint so I buy one of thoose for her. Hyacint is a flower that some has in the garden and it bloms in the spring, but it is also sold for christmas the same as amaryllis in the beginning of december so it will blom at christmas.
Don´t know if the name is the same in english so I put in a pictures that shows the two wiht the name under.

@Lady_Choo This past Christmas Eve I peaked into my stocking that is hung around one of our doorways as we do not hang them over the fireplace, my son has already went to bed as it is Christmas eve and he is fast asleep waiting for Santa to come, but as I looked into my stocking and found a note my son wrote that said Dear Santa even though my dad does not believe in you could you please leave at least one present for him because he is a real good daddy to me and I love him very much. Thank you Brandyn
I stood there and cried a tear or two then placed a small gift my sister had gotten me earlier on that day, hoping to bring a smile to his face and a smile to mine when he saw it.
That's my favorite Christmas story as of now in my life.

The most thoughtful gift was from my grandmother. She always called me doll face and she found a beautiful doll and said it looked just like me!
