With other farmers - either they have received whole event OR they didn't!! But, this did not happen to anybody (yet)!!

The event also disappeared on the ipad where until yesterday I was able to advance in the tournament (I was in first position). I am disappointed with what happened and important to understand why this happens. However, I will no longer participate in events like this.๐

I have reported to the Farm Queen. From the Last time we spoke, she did not hear anything yet from the Studio about this issue!!
But, I heard that the Player Support is collecting all the names and data of the farmers that are affected by this glitch. I would like you to file a complaint over there too. Whoever receives the good news first, they can pass it on.

Hi,
I was in qualifying round for farm tournament but none of my collections counted towards total. Eg played level 3663 had nothing credited. Just one example over the last 4 days.
have tried shutting down, closing app etc but nothing. So assuming app isnโt working in Australia. Here is photo of collection as you can see 295 onions just recently done in spiderweb level 10.
whereas tournament says
So as you can see I have zero onions in the score, and I believe I would have at least 600

I'm very sorry to hear your collections did not get counted towards total ๐ฃ
This was something that we noticed before and unfortunately, we could not resolve the issue and some of you got affected by this.
Therefore, we have now decided to take a break from the Tournament and work on improving it before bringing it back.
If you have spent any money during the event, please report this to our Player Support Team HERE and ask for a refund or a compensation for the trouble.
Apologies again for the trouble caused and hope we keep seeing you around ๐
