Harvest Rush

On my iPhone in my account the harvest rush is stuck in the last events mode. It has me click on it says I came in second collect my rewards then it say oops not connected to internet which I am. It does this thru out while playing. On my iPad in my account which is the same account as my phone I’m in the current harvest rush collecting suns. How do I fix my phone so I can be in the current harvest rush challenge?

@PummyRaj No I haven’t changed the time zone on my phone recently. It is set on auto. Am I to change it and reset to auto?

The Farm Queen has advised me to ask you something... by any chance, did you change the "time zone" on your phone recently or any time?

Can you please set it to "Auto" and see if the Harvest Rush works?

Every so often Harvest Rush appears in my events but it doesn’t work. See screenshot. I miss being able to play Harvest Rush.

I heard back from our Farm In-charge and what she suggested was you to "clear the cache".

Since you are getting the connection error message, clearing the Safari cache might help. If you are connected to the game through Facebook, this steps shown in this link will help you --> https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201265

Can you please clarify something for me? On your iPhone, are you seeing this pop-up and "not connected" message only with the Harvest Rush OR other features too? For example, are you able to collect the "Daily Bonus" boosters?

Where have the timed daily rewards gone?
I looked forward to getting the timed rewards with boosters on the daily reward as they were very helpful. Why get rid? It’s always the most useful things that disappear instead of the useless ones like dicey acres.
