Hi @GuteHildegard when you first started playing the game you used a king account is that what you are saying?
If so, you can transfer progress to Facebook, it shows you how to in this link. If you have any issues or I haven't quite understood what you mean, let me know 🤗
I have the same problem, don't want to start a new post with same topic.. .
It's not possible to connect the game with facebook. I choosed the login / save with email / King Account when I started.
Just to add to what Encantes has told you, if you want to view/edit your facebook information you would have to go to facebook.com. log in and edit your profile over there. You cannot make changes to it from within the game 🙂

So I have posted this before, been a member of King Games 12 years, and during the last year all my events where you win beans or extras have been removed as well as watching ads for extra moves. This really sucks!
I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
