Sorry if you had a problem while purchasing a package in Farm Heroes π
Sorry but for this problem you have to contact the player support, from your game:
Click on the 3 lined icon located in the bottom left corner
Then select " Customer Care "
Select "Purchase and Gold Bars "
Then select the option for your case
After selecting a topic scroll down and you will find "Contact Us"
You have to fill in a form with all your details and then "Submit"
Please give some days to the staff to receive an answer, next Monday will be a Bank Holiday.
