It took me a while but I managed to sort of replicate that error.
I don't have Farm Heroes on my phone, so the browser redirected me to the Play Store, then that error appeared.
I'm going to assume you've used the wrong way to open the link from the QR code. May I suggest you copy the link and paste it into Bing browser's URL box and open it there instead?
I tried it with the Chrome browser as well but it opened Farm Heroes through Facebook's website, which was not what I needed, as it is not supported on a mobile browser. Anyway.

Or any other type browser. I don't use bing.
I wondered if it was because the scheme refreshes regularly, if that one was an old link and therefore had expired.
