I don't play on Facebook, only on my Android.
This is useful information.
But here in the Community, I did not see the messages of the players about this.
If the Studio launched this test only for Facebook players, then it would be fair if the Studio told us about it.
I want to see confirmation from Community players that they received this event. I only want to see this. At the moment I don't see any confirmation.

Hi @PummyRaj many thanks for the tag 🤗 Unfortunately I still don't have the "Crystal Quest"
I didn't have any glitches before with the quest. The only glitches I have had is with getting events. Logging in and out doesn't work for me, however Pia's advice has got me my events back, "Crystal Quest" is not one of them.

I agree with you that complaints about the lack of events come to the Community very quickly.
But if the player is fine and gets all the events he doesn't talk about it here. Therefore, I asked for as many tags as possible from anyone who can give tags, and I asked them to invite as many Community members as possible to the survey.
This survey is NOT for the Community to receive more complaints.
This survey is needed so that we can all get important information. Is there any player who GOT the Crystal Quest event this weekend? The studio says some players have this Crystal Quest event this weekend.
I want to know if there is at least one player in the Community who has received the Crystal Quest. That's why I asked you to create this survey.

We find out if players haven't got it when they complain 😉 I personally would have thought that if nobody gets it this week, player support will also get a lot of complaints but nothing will be done until after the weekend anyway.
Also @Diamond_Lim does not tag in the farm area.

I think this is bad news.
I have a very very big request to you. Can you (or another moderator or CM) create a poll about whether players received the Crystal Quest today (this weekend)? The answers in the survey are only - Yes or No.
In this poll, I ask you to invite the maximum number of players from the Community. You can give your FHS player tags. And @Diamond_Lim can give tags too.
This poll will probably help us understand if there is at least one player who received the Crystal Quest event.
Why am I asking the moderators or CM to do this? Because polls created by Community authorities attract the attention of a much larger number of players. This issue is very important for all FHS players, so this issue should be given maximum attention.

The Farm Studio was able to fix the glitch in "Crystal Quest" event! But, they have decided to send it to only few players as a test!
Did any of you receive the event today? I did not!!

The Farm Queen did shed some light regarding "missing Crystal Quest"....
The Farm Studio is aware about the issue and they are working on it. The Farm Queen will get back to us once she has an update for us👍️

It also seems @Racoon7 that some events are not showing for a technical reason, it could possibly even be that. The studio are investigating. 🤗
@Lady_Choo That is missing for some is to technical reason. It came when beaver ended. I got it to. But I solved it for me.
@Racoon7 there might be a way for you to get. At least if you play on phone. Don´t know if it works on computer not even sure if it work in all phones. English not my language so not easy to explain.
In my phone I can have the app in the background so when I open the game I come to the mainboard directly. But if I had closed down the app I start with the orange start page.
So can you start your game from the orange start page. If you can then click down to the left and log out. Then you will see a blue button save my game/progress under playbutton. Don´t click on that. Just click play and play 8-9 levels as a guest it is from level 1. Then close down the game. Start from the orange page again. Open as guest again then you should get a popup saying that you need to accept the terms. Do that. Play a couple of levels as guest. Then close down the game again. Open from start page and click down to the left and log in. If it have worked you should have potato and the event.
You can´t do this from the mainboard it have to be from the orange start page. I put in picture that shows the orange start page I talking about. Hope you understand what I mean.
It has certainly worked for me 🤗
