I was reinstalling the game today after having a separate issue, and when I tried to reset my password following the 'Forgot Password' link and opening the email, it would not reset. I've tried different browsers and different passwords with no success- entering the password and clicking the button to change it doesn't go anywhere, even with multiple clicks. The page does not freeze, it just doesn't go anywhere. Any way to fix this?
Have you had king emails before? I am only asking as I use yahoo and one company, I would have the occasional email from....but none of the important ones. As soon as I changed email address, they flood through. So I am wondering if it could be something like that, or a filter maybe blocking them?
It probably isn't, its just a thought but @PummyRaj will raise it for you if we can't get to the bottom.
It doesn't sound like that as you don't think it even gets to the sending part. Have you tried from a browser being run in "incognito" mode?

Were you trying to log in with a Facebook account?
I am sorry! I did not understand what you meant by "trying to reset the password and used different browsers"!! Can you please explain that a little bit?
I was trying to log in with an email, I do not have a Facebook account.
When I was trying to set a new password for my account, I tried using my phone's internet browser, Firefox mobile, and Chrome mobile. Hitting the "Change Password" button on each browser did not go through. I said reset mainly because I was not logged in as I had forgotten my password. Does this make anymore sense?

Hey, I have checked my spam folder a couple times, and there aren't any emails from King that are marked as spam. As for the pop-up blockers, my browser usually asks to open pop-up tabs, and I didn't receive that notification while trying to change my password. Again, hitting the 'Change Password' button did not take me anywhere, did not load any information, or even open a new tab.
