I just checked the level. The reason for the "Cropsie Cleaner" booster staying inactive is --> there are no Grumpy Cropsies on the board by themselves. All the ones we see are "in" the Slime (the Purple thing).
** We cannot clean the cropsies that are laying in the Slime. So, the game keeps the booster inactive, so that, we won't waste it (smart move by the Studio)๐
In your current level, there are few tiles that do not have the Grass. When the grumpy cropsies fall on those tiles, then, the booster will become active.

P.S: I saw what you have posted earlier. I went to play the level, but took a while to come back as I was stuck on a mean level๐ถ๐ถ

I never did hear from anyone about the missing power-ups issue I was having. But if you remember, I was hopeful that they would return when the potato cropsies left. Unfortunately, they did not. Still looking for some positive signs from the Farm Team for returning them. Any word??

I have this figured out. Someone is just trying to drive me crazy. ๐คฃ They want to see how tough I am.
Something interesting is going on. I have given up trying to figure it out. Yesterday, FB went bananas on my PC browser. I have been playing FHS outside of FB, but there was always a link on my home page. Yesterday, just a bunch of garbage! And no link. I figured I'd just give it up, that FB on the PC. But I could not help myself. I'm weak. I had to see what was happening today so I hopped on FB and it was all good again. But here's the kicker. My power-ups are back again!! But only in my FB browser. ๐๐ค๐คฉ
I'm letting this go, Pummy. But I have to wonder. Is it because every time FB makes changes, things get restored?? Or disappear? I won't get excited. I'm not going to try to figure it out. I just thought you would enjoy this. It is definitely worth a laugh.

Facebook is ALWAYS causing issues and is the bottom of many problems on that version. The mobiles work much better lol. And everytime they "improve" something they break things! Use them quickly ๐
Facebook lost the game when you noticed it was gone and the link was broken, that is why it vanished. Probably "improving" that again too.
I cannot remember if I told you that although I rarely play actually on Facebook (its too slow for me and too many pop ups) occasionally when I go on, I find all my boosters that should be on my windows 10 app. They go to Facebook for some reason. So wheras you lose your boosters on there, mine it saves them. Its when I win events and things, they don't go to the app that I play on! I had over 800 shovels. When I had to reinstall the app, it wouldn't let me log in with Facebook, so I had to use the Kingdom. All my shovels came over too ๐๐ None of that is relelvent to your situation (and I am leaving Pummy to helping you) but yes Facebook is the base of all oddities ๐

Another Farmer also reported this morning that they too have received their boosters!! I am thinking that it could have been the magic our Farm In-charge! Remember, last month or so, I have taken all your ID numbers? It is for this๐คฉ
