Could you let me know your app version and your windows version please. It seems to be possibly after a windows update, and we have had a few reports now. Unfortunately the CM won't see it until tomorrow, but I will add you to the list. I apologise for the inconvienience.
Mine updated but I don't know if Windows has so so far its still running and I don't want to check windows updates just in case.

Are you using the windows game app? Could you let me have the windows version and the farm heroes version please. We are getting a few reports of this since they updated โน
Hiya @Angelica_12 Please do not reinstall at this point! It doesn't seem to help. We have had a few issues of it now. Can you let me have your windows version number and the app version please. (It will be in the game store)
Also as regards the email, try opening your browser in incognito mode and accessing your emails that way. Sometimes it helps.

Where can I identify my game app version?
As you cannot open the game, if you look in the microsoft store it will tell you there ๐ค

Sorry for my late reply! Few more details please...
When the game freezes after clicking on Events icon, does it unfreeze after few minutes OR do you have to exit the App and reopen it?
For me, it just stays on "Farm Pass" screen for less than a minute - even after clicking on X couple of times. But, the screen goes off and I can select other events.
Did you try to clear Cache on your phone memory (not the data on your phone or the App)? Please do not reinstall the game.
We might need your game user ID number. This Link will help you to find it.

Update: Here is the info you requested... I play Windows 10 Desktop and I think the "app version" is 6.15.3.0 but I'm not sure so here is a screenshot of the tech info on my Microsoft app. Good luck! ๐จ๐ฆ

Thanks @Snagglepuss the more info the studio have, the better. They might not need it but it saves them time giving it in advance ๐ Especially when it's not affecting all windows users ๐
