I can’t see any events? Every time I click on it, the game freezes and I have to exit out and then open the app again in order to play

Hi @Mtina74 which device are you playing on please? The issue should be fixed now. So can you close the game completely. Restart your phone and check for game updates. Then open your game again and click on events. Let me know if it works or not.

I’m pkaying on Iphone and it’s not fixed yet, when I hitvthe option to see the Events, it freezes and nothung happens

Have you completely closed the game (from the background) reboot your phone and restarted the game? I would check the app store for updates too.

I am also an iphone user and am having the same experience. There is no update on the app store for the game and logging out and into my profile didnt work either.

@AlleriseK and @Mtina74 could you let us know your model of iphone please as that should be fixed I have been told.

Also have you tried reinstalling the game?

I still have no events , playing on iPhone 11. Ve tried all the fixes and still nothing. No updates available either

Its actually a separate issue that we had but should be fixed now. However as regards your events, not everyone gets them all the time regardless of which phone they get. Not all events are released to all players but in smaller groups which are switched around to keep them fair.

so it might be that. However, have you tried logging out and back in again? Sometimes that makes them show. Is progress synced with Facebook and the Kingdom? Sometimes logging out of one and logging in with the other can help. I cannot see them if I use my Facebook to log in, but I can if I use my kingdom details!
