@ElenaVorona i didn’t mean it quite in that context. What I mean is they have a game that needs to constantly evolve and change otherwise people get bored. They take into account a lot of data and they get more of it from players feedback and comments via player support or just playing the game, rather in just one small area like this. While we are vitally important 😉 they consider all. So it might be that we don’t like things here, but overall players are more positive over changes from the whole of their information sources. So they have a lot to consider. Please note that my comment was in no way indicative of Kings thoughts of responses but my own asa player.
That being said, we do have an update on the Crystal events. They are taking a break for the time being so nobody will get them. They are working on improving it so they are taking them away until they have. We don’t have a time scale as to when they are back but at least it will affect everyone, not just some 🙂

But this post of yours surprised me and made me rethink my attitude towards the Studio. I'm talking about the Studio in general, about all the games.

Does the Studio really not understand that two people (the developer and the user) play this "big game"? If one of them leaves the game, the game will end. The studio and the players are equally dependent on each other.
Yes. The studio can afford to play with the problems of the players and position its activities as "The studio does not owe anything to anyone."
But one day players too may reach the stage where they don't care about King's games. Because we (the players) will not owe King anything either. This has already happened to many players.
I think King is now betting exclusively on newbies who don't care what match-3 game they're playing right now.
I'm disappointed to see what's going on in several of King's games right now. King can't keep his games running. And I probably need to forget about improving the games.
I wish all the guys from the Studio a pleasant holiday. I hope that I will wait for them return.

Ok so just to let you know, I did ask our farm @QueenB and she said that it is still in testing. But its summer, and as with the rest of the world, the studio have the audacity to be taking holiday time, so the full crew isn't there. One things for sure, the Farm studio is based in London so its anything between Spring to Autumn weather. Anyway, she will get an update as soon as she can but there will be a delay until they are all back. Just so you know that we are asking for you 🤗

The team event was really something to look forward to as my team is amazing 🤩 . We as in our team chat on a regular basis and no one in our team has had the event for over 11 weeks. I keep on getting pop ups to join a team. If I wasn’t in the community I would have no idea 🤷🏻♀️ what team they are talking about. We would really like some definite answers please.
The pro tips might be useful to players that have just started playing the game otherwise it’s really just a waste of space.

I agree with @MollyS. Will the Studio please tell us whether we should continue to wait for this event to return? We know that events can be withdrawn at any time, but it would be good to know. We are tired of hearing that the Studio is working on things (not just in this game!) and it is taking away any incentive to play, especially following the reduction in the Daily Rewards. @MollyS still doesn't have any quests in her game, which makes it even more difficult when trying to obtain boosters.
In addition, the answers received from the bot in Player Support are of no use, as we take all of these troubleshooting measures as a matter of course. The same thing applies to the Pro Tips - if we don't know about using boosters to win levels, we shouldn't be playing!
Agree with @ElenaVorona we have been waiting for too many weeks for a team event. @BQN537 @CassD @jeanps None of the dozen players on my team have received the event and we have been asking for updates.
Please let us know when we can receive an answer to this @PummyRaj @Lady_Choo
There are very few ways left to earn any help in the game and I have NEVER received quests in my game, so rely on events like this weekly challenge. Thank you
I had it the last two weeks but not this week.
I suppose at the end of the day, they don't have to justify it. It's an event where we earn free items. They can end them at any time. It might be that it's not working correctly or it might even be their are improving it or bringing something else in. We'll see what we can find out 😊

There have been no team games in the FHS for 11 weeks.
How does the Studio justify this?
I only have direct connection with one person in my team who didn't receive it but 4 are not playing. Do I remove them from my team? I don't want to as we have played together for some time. It's ridiculous if only half the team get the chance to play Crystal Quest. What do others think about the bonuses given on CQ? I think they should be better to give the team something to strive for.
We can mention it tomorrow and see if there is any more information.

The problem continues. We don't play team games. There is no Team Crystal Quest in our team.
I see others in my team and anyone I know who's playing have them.... but I don't know if everyone is.

I still don't have this event. None of our team members have confirmed that they have this event.
I did get Crystal Team Event (with my original list of team members). One of my team members contacted me to say they didn't get it. 4 others aren't playing so I don't know if they got it or not. What's the use of allowing only half the team to play?
Prizes are pretty bad anyway...you need more incentive to play as it's fun to play as a team.
It doesn't seem to be there for everyone. I have it for a change!
