There has not been a Team Leagues Crystal Quest challenge for 4 or 5 weeks now. When will this be fixed please? With no Team League events there seems little point being a member of the team and no incentive for us to play any new levels.

Of course we will patiently wait.
But I think there will be some interesting things going on in the teams.
Some players on teams that don't know about the existence of the Community will probably leave the teams, they will look for teams that have this event now. They don't know that there is no event in most teams.
I hope my team doesn't lose players.

I had an update from Farm Queen and she found out that we won't be receiving Crystal Quest this whole month. The Game Studio has decided to give it a little break for now, it seems!
I will check again next month and update you👍️

I am sorry! I know that you are not here that much! When we say Farm Queen, it is QueenB. She manages Farm, and her name is "Queen"! So, we address her (funnily) as Farm Queen.

I'm waiting for the event. And I'm waiting for information why the events do not appear. It is important.

I hope so too! Last week, the Farm Queen did not receive any update from the Studio.
I will ask again tomorrow (it is in my agenda on every Thursday) 👍️
It's been 2.5 weeks. Today is Thursday (June 8th) on my calendar. Tomorrow (Friday) I would like to see the Crystal Quest at least on iPhone (I have already lost hope of seeing at least some events on Win10). But I doubt that tomorrow I will see it.

I don’t think it was “few players in a group” that received the Crystal Quest.
Whichever groups have received the event, it would definitely be all 12 players in a group. Otherwise, it will not work - just like you said.
If the game team has switched off the feature, it means, there might have been a big glitch/issue!! May be nobody from the Community have experienced it, hence none of us know what it was!!

As per Farm Queen’s information, it will take couple of weeks for all of us to receive the event.
It was sent to only few last weekend, as the Game team needed to monitor it.
If we have any new information, we will definitely update you all 👍

I don't think its a problem as far as I know at this point. Your second account is one of the random accounts with it. It doesn't matter about how much you play, its just random 😉

But I have one more question that worries me.
Why does the Studio say that they launched this test of theirs for some players?
This is illogical.
It would be logical if the Studio started this "test" for some teams. NOT for the players, but FOR the teams.
What's the point if one player from the team received the Crystal Quest event, while the other 11 members of the team do not see this Quest and cannot participate in it?
It is nonsense.
If only the player participates in the test, and not the team, then this does not make sense.
For a long time I thought that the team at the Studio that develops and improves the FHS game is the best development team.
But now I see that this team has started to use the same explanations for the game's broken features, as the development teams on other King games have done many times.
This is bad.

So I have posted this before, been a member of King Games 12 years, and during the last year all my events where you win beans or extras have been removed as well as watching ads for extra moves. This really sucks!
I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
