What about your progress and beans? Are they normal? It sounds like your game might be logged out from your profile. Are you using a device and logging in with either the Kingdom or Facebook? Could you try logging out and then back in again? Even if it says you are logged in, it is worth trying.
Also have you reinstalled the game recently?
If that does not work, it is probably a good idea to contact player support from within the game and they can take a look at your account 🤗
