Hi there
I have won some gold bars but cannot collect them. Not so bad but I cannot go back or move on from the screen below (which remains animated - it has not frozen). I'm playing from King.com on my own pc, ensured the game is the latest version and switched everything off and on again but nothing. This has happened before when it took a couple of days to resolve itself. Anything else I can do?

Could you let us know which game app version you have installed there and to check, have you tried reinstalling the game app to see if that helps clear the issue?
We haven't received much reports about this and I understand that you also have some issues not seeing any friends in the game... it sounds that there might be a connection issue but we need to know if you have tried reinstalling the game app yet?
