@PummyRaj I´m not at that level but I might have the answer.
There is hen in the levle. My guess is that a hen lands on a snowball. That will take the snowball away but it don´t counts. And it don´t comes any extra.
@radoherty123 have you seen a hen landed on a snowball.
So if it´s a hen lands on a snowball there is a glitch in the leve.

I have checked the level on my Android phone and the starting board of the level looks same. All 20 Snowballs are given at the beginning of the level...
I played the level again & again, it worked well till my 7th try and I was able to finish the level without any issues!!
When I replayed 8th time, that was when the Hen sat on one of the Snowballs and I lost one Snowball!! Do you think that's what might have happened in your level, Doherty?
But not to worry! I will report the level to our Farm In-charge, and she can report to the Farm studio to take a look at the level👍️
