This started 10/03. I've not been able to access my events, because whenever I try, the game crashes. I'm on level 2070 and play on a Samsung flip phone. Any ideas?

We would like to inform that we have been working on fixing the issue with the game freezing when accessing the Event tap.
We would like to ask if you could check for available update on your device as there should be a new version, 6.24.3 that should take care of this issue.
Please let us know if updating to the new version has fixed the issue.

Did you try playing a level (old one is ok) and go back to the map to see if you get the events back?
I know that Farm doesn't work that way!! But, always a worth to tryπ£

There is an issue with the events tab and it has been reported to the Farm Studio. They are looking into it to fix it.
We will update you all once the glitch is fixed. Until then, we can play the levels on regular map but not the special eventsπ
Why does it freeze when attempting to access the Events, you have to close the game completely to be able to play

And, yeah!! The progress we have made won't be there when she returns on Mondaysπ It was changed few months ago!! We have complained about it and requested to keep the progress we have made on her!! Let's see what the Farm Studio decides about itπ€

@headless has described it well, it's the same with me I was able to play normal quests yesterday, but noticed that bonnie has reappeared in the new design and my level 5 has fallen back to level 1 again, which is very annoying, I also think it has to do with exactly this - unfortunately pointless - change of design of bonnie
The Farm Studio is working on it and we are waiting for further information ππ
I play on Samsung galaxy S21 ultra. there were no problems until now.

Sorry if you have a problem with your game, could you please specify if you use Android or different? We had a few reports and the Farm Studio is aware of it.

The studio are aware of this issue and are working on it. Donβt reinstall the game but keep checking for updates π€
I have a problem with the game for 2 days. Whenever I want to enter the event, it freezes and I can't do anything.
Since yesterday, the menu that holds the events and plant growing etc, wonβt load. I can play the main game, but when I go to click the extra menu, the game freezes and I have to close the app. The app has recently updated and Iβve also updated my phone.
I'm having the exact same issue. Is there a solution to this yet?

If you look at the top of this thread, where the title "Game Crashes When I try to access the Events Tab" is, you will see a small icon to the left of 3 dots. Click on the that tiny icon and it will turn green.

I am unable to open this part of the game at all. When I click it the whole game freezes.

@PummyRaj after 2 days , couldn't hold this freezing frustrations uninstalled the game reinstalled,when back and forth to see if i am back on the race with my team but still the same, while i was on the race already,
Hello, my game starts off ok and I can play the main levels, but when I try to enter my bonus levels the game completely freezes and I end up having to swipe it away to get out of it. Many players are experiencing a glitch when they try to open the Events. The issue has been reported to the Farm game Studio. The fix should be here soon!
But, until then, please keep playing the levels on the game map... or just take rest for few days! I understand what you meant by "you are losing everything"!! You are not able to play the special events and the timer might end before you could finish themπ€
It will not resolve the issue and on top of it, you will lose your saved boosters and Lives received from your friends!! And also, the progress on the events.

My event tab is not working either, it freezes.
When are you going to fix the glitch that appeared several days ago now!!! If you are not aware when I click the button for the 'extras' like Markets or progress...2nd tab along...the whole page freezes. All other tabs are fine and the game itself works fine. Please fix asap. It seems a glitch connected to the Farm pass in some way.
By the way I am on a level over 4000 now

The Farm game Studio was working hard to fix the issue!! I guess they have to take a break as this is the weekend!! I would like to request you to wait till Monday to receive any update with regards to the glitch!!
