any proplems with farm heroes saga and other king games

everytime i go to play farm heroes saga or any of the king games that are available via facebook i keep being told im offline yet i can do things on facebook,i cant ask players for llives and if i go to where i have lives sent to me it says connect at bottom, i press connect and it simply stays there doesnt come of the page so i can continue playing unless i refresh so why is this

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game(s)!! Since this is Farm Community, let's look into your Farm Heroes Saga game first👍️
When did this issue start? Are you playing on a mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11 computer?
Can you please take few screenshots of the issue you are experiencing and post them here? Here is the list of screenshots that would help us...
1) Whenever you see the message saying "you are offline";
2) The "connect" message when asking or sending Lives;
3) The screen that appears after you press on "Connect".
To post the screenshot, tap on the 2nd icon located in the bottom left corner of the open comment box.

here are the screenshots you requested PummyRaj. I play on windows 10 on facebook 1st pic is the offline, 2nd pic is when i go in to ask for lives, 3rd pic is the one where it says connect when i go to accept any gifts in messages and 4th pic will be the pic i get when i press connect (for security reasons in facebook im under a different name) and king knows this. hope they show in that order as did the pics in that order but 3rd n 4th are to me showinng as 2nd and 1st so 1st would be 3rd and 2nd would be 4th

I have not heard anything yet! But, I have also experienced this issue on Friday in my game (Facebook - Browser version)

But, I did not paid much attention as I could see that my Internet connection was fine, game was working, and other websites were working without any glitch!!
So, if you are seeing the messages saying "you are offline" / "connection lost"; but, the game is working without any issues, I would suggest you to ignore that message and continue playing🐣

Looks like you are on Android phone, isn't it?
The Studio is aware of this issue and they are looking into it. But, the players that are experiencing this particular issue are very less in number. Hence, we have very few complaints!!
I too had this issue a while ago, but now I am not receiving Ads for extra moves! Hence, no updates!!
I will get back to you when I have any new information🐣

no not on android phone on facebook @Dada13 so sorry for the late reply just had no comp for 2 wks so couldnt do anything i do still have this issue and im unable to ask friends for help

@PummyRaj Tonya has also been having the same issue with pet.
Also just to add, as I advised you in pet, try turning off the tracker blocker and see if it works then. I just had a quick look on google and it does seem to cause issues with many sites.
I would switch it off, refresh your browser and try the games again, see if that works. You can always switch it on again after.
Which browser do you use? As most browsers have anti trackers in anyway. It might be causing a conflict.
