Cannot connect to internet (and therefore Store)

I am unable to connect to the Internet in Farm Heroes Saga and Soda Crush on my iPad (message is Can't connect to Store, try again later). All other King games work fine. This has been happening for almost a year now. I don’t want to use Facebook, just be able to play on the iPad and be able to purchase/use boosters, lives etc. I don't want to delete the game and reload because I'd lose everything.

Hi Julie- Welcome to the King Care community. I am really sorry that you have been experiencing a problem connecting to the store.

Here are a few steps which fix the vast majority of issues:

- Open the game on your Apple Device.

- Try to make a purchase.

- If you receive the error message then please close the pop-up screen.

- Select the Menu option in the bottom left hand corner and sign out of Facebook.

- Double click your home button and swipe all the open apps off the screen.

- Now turn your device off and leave it for two minutes in order to clear the cache.

- Finally, please reconnect to Facebook and then try to make a purchase again.

Unfortunately Cezdiamond's suggestions didn't work (thank you for trying), or any others that I have tried so I'm afraid I will just have to give up and just accept that FH and Soda Crush are both apps that I can't do anything with except play offline.

I have been trying to send a message thought the contact us page for 3 days and every time I get this - Something went wrong when sending your form. Please try to resend it.
Support ignored question/issue then closed ticket
I've tried contacting support and they're hopeless. Not addressing the issue or answering my questions. The latest temporary event where you needed to collect logs, disappeared from my game. I got a message that it was 'taking a break', (or something to that effect, which I've never seen in the game before), two days…
