Lost Facebook Connection - More info here

Hi guys,

If you experience issues with Facebook connection - for instance, not being able to sync your progress or not being able to see your friend lists then please start by checking the steps in this thread: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/facebook-lost-progress-and-friends-lists

I've seen several threads about this issue and we're currently investigating.

Mobile as well as the Win10 apps connecting to Facebook are affected.

I'll update you as soon as I know more.

Thank you for information. I did the steps. I updated three times and it is "back" to the level I was on. However, if I close the game out, the site candy crush soda site "blinks" and I am back to level one. Groan. Thanks for the feed back....but, not sure where to go do? from here?

Open the app from within the Facebook app Bruce, so it sends the instruction to open the game app from FB?

It does help, its often the small things we forget! Thank you for posting that

I had this problem as well and this is what fixed it. 1): Logon to your Facebook account .. 2): Go to the Candy Crush Saga Game on Facebook (where you would go to play it on Facebook) .. 3): Open the App on your computer or tablet, etc .. You should now be able to Login and Sync your progress with Facebook.

Hi. I play Candy Crush Saga and Farm Heroes Saga on my laptop and my Samsung phone, but when I want to sync the games with Facebook on my Huawei tablet it doesn't work. I try for a week now and nothing. Please do something!

Same problem here. Unable to connect to Facebook. Candy Crush says "connecting to facebook cancelled" ... It was working about 4 days ago ... Windows 10 Home 64 build 1709 ... Please fix this

Bruce, check for an update as 1803 has come out since. Its a big one.

We're still investigating the issue.
In the meantime I suggest that you sync your FB account with your Kingdom account and in the game settings connects to Kingdom. This thread shows the steps: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/how-can-i-transfer-my-progress-from-facebook-to-the-king-website

How much longer till this is fixed? I don't want to have to open another account.

Farm Heroes saga seems to have lost who I am and took me to the original 'newbie' play page. I opened a new we browser went to king.com and used the Log In link took me to a page that asked if I wanted to sign in using my facebook link. I did. That worked fine. Then I went back to my original web page and clicked to play Farm Heroes saga and it took me right to the play game page with all my previous level and name info. Don't know if this will work for ALL games now or if I'll have to do the same for other games I play on King.com.

I lost my position on candy crush and none of the links seem to get me back it just puts me back to 19 and I was in the thousands I would be grateful for help

Where have the timed daily rewards gone?
I looked forward to getting the timed rewards with boosters on the daily reward as they were very helpful. Why get rid? It’s always the most useful things that disappear instead of the useless ones like dicey acres.
