I get the message that I need more coins to use companions but it won't let me click on "continue". Have reinstalled on phone, iPad, PC (windows) and get exactly same message. No clue what to do next.
Just make sure that the check box is unchecked before you run out and then it should prevent this from happening again 🙂
Thank you everyone for your ideas. What I managed to do was go back to a level where I had enough beans as suggested and then play until I earned enough beans so I'm back in. Will see what happens next time I get low on beans :)
@Lady_Choo They change so much whitout thinking and that´s probably what happend here.
But if you read what I wrote in the other thread, one suggestion I had was. If you don´t have enough beans that they automatic remove the marker so there no need for a error messages.
The thing is @piaandersson regardless of if you have enough beans or not, that message should not come up until you press play.
@Diggers22000 How many beans do you have. Do you have at least 50. If so go to level 2057 and click on that. The companions there only take 50.
If it opens for you whitout that messages. Take away the green marker there. Then close direct ont the X up to the right. Then go to your level. If you had more then 50 beans your level should open as it should.
There was one before that had the same and I suggested to @QueenB that talk to the studio so they moved the error messages so it don´t cover the markers.

Just as a thought, on the pc version, you haven't got any blockers/website trackers enabled have you? Which anti virus is it you use? ( that seems random but I think mine may have stopped me from asking for lives last week)
Also is there any chance you could do a screen recording? It would really help the studio when it's reported. From before you click on your level to the issue. You wouldn't be able to upload it directly here but can from somewhere like Dropbox via a share link.
Also I'm assuming you've tried clicking around the continue area too?
Ah that is annoying. Just to clarify you haven't hit play before you get that screen?
which version iPad?
and is it the windows app you are using?
I know it seems daft but try logging out, closing the game and then back in again once you open the game. It probably won't work as you've already reinstalled it but it's always worth a try.
Have you also double checked for updates?
In the meantime I will ask our farm manager if she has heard of any issues with this 🤗
Thanks for such a quick reply. Unfortunately that isn’t the issue. When I open the level I get the screen below and this is the “continue” button that won’t respond
Hi @Diggers22000 and welcome to the community!
it's because you need to uncheck the little box next to the companion. It starts off checked automatically so if you don't uncheck it, it won't let you continue as you don't have enough beans.
