I don’t know how to find my game ID. The version I am using is 6.29.11
Hi there and sorry to hear you;re still having issues with the Farm Pass disappearing on you!
The issue which affects all events from disappearing from our players game has been confirmed fixed by the developers.
There is a possibility that you have been affected by a different issue, may I ask which game app version you have installed and your Game ID?
This way, I can pass it on to Support so they can have a closer look!

Why does this say this issue is fixed??? Its not fixed — where are my rewards I could not redeem and where is my refund for paying extra for farm pass??????

Unfortunately, as of Friday evening (Central Europe Time), No!! We have to wait till late Monday to receive any fix (or even news)😔
Remember when they updated the game to automatically give you extra points if you have moves left over after completing the challenge and yall said it’s not working right and they were trying to fix it because there is suppose to be an option to just play out the rest of the moves if you wanted to? What happen to that? The “studio” is aware and trying to fix it - that’s what they always say. 🙄 they just keep making this game worse and worse and worse….

@TLO_1 If you read the thread Events disappearing you see that they working on it. But when it will be fixed that´s another thing. But at least this time they take notice of that players have problems with the events.

There went be an update. They will just ignore the issue and comment.
Here we go again with paying extra for the farm pass event and it disapears. I had not collected all my rewards yet, what happens to those?

This issue was discovered and reported to the Studio this morning! The Farm game studio was working on to fix the issue! If we have any update on the issue, I will get back to you.

I've checked with the Studio and there is an issue which they are currently working on fixing that has unfortunately affected some of you by not having access to events right now.
There is no need to do anything except for keeping an eye on the game so you don't miss out when the events are back 🙂

I Purchased gold bars worth 85 rupees in farm heroes, but they are not credited. But the amount got debited four times.i.e.85 rupees got debited for four transactions but gold bars are not credited
