Farm Heroes will not load

Farm Heroes has suddenly started to not load a game, it drops out and goes back to Kindle fire home screen. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared the cache to no avail. Can anybody help me resolve this please.

    Hi Diana,

    If a re-install does not solve the issue then it might be something technical with the Kindle. This can be solved by doing a full reset of the Kindle. Please take into account that a full reset clears all data on the Kindle and you would first have to do a backup of all your local data, such as photos and videos, before doing the reset.     Not only Farm Heroes but now Bubblewitch 3 is dumping when asked to play. I have reset my kindle and I hope this solves the problem. If not I will be back asking for help.

    Still having problems with Farm Heroes and Bubblewitch, I have reset, spoken to Amazon and now at the end of my tether - can anyone shed light on why they won't load and how to solve the problem please.
