Thank you, I am going to pass this on to one of the community managers to see if they can spot the issue. Its Farm heroes super saga isn't it? So he will know more than I do as I don't play this one

Could you perhaps upload me a screenshot so I can see if I can spot the problem?
Save it to your device then click the little icon at the top of the reply box to insert and it will ask you to choose the file

Thank you @Chencroo what device are you playing on? A phone or tablet? Have you checked your app store to make sure there isn't an update? And have you reached a roadblock? You might need to go back and complete the rancid level before that to get two keys to open it
