The app thinks I'm offline displaying a message that the connection is lost. That prevents me from collecting prizes and enjoying the game fully. This happens on a Pixel Tablet app version 6.28.13

I have an issue with my online that keeps saying im !OFFLINE!
I've tried to logout of Facebook and log back in, I have tried to log myself out of everything really and log in again. Then I tried the on and off WIFI do you have any other options? I've asked if others can see that I'm off line and they can see this as well. I'm not sure how to fix this

Any update on this problem being sorted?
Could you give us a little more information such as when its happening? Is it just with the harvest rush?
Apologies for this. Its not a general issue as its only happening to a very tiny amount of players. Have you tried the suggested steps?
I have same issue. Extremely annoying. Did all as requested but still happening..
Sick of this lost connection or no connection. It's taken the fun out of the game and I've been playing for years. I've tried several things and I'm just tired of it. The next option will probably be to uninstall and quit playing.

I also have a connection lost on a Harvest rush collection that has happened for a couple of weeks. I don't have any pending updates. Have logged out and logged in as well as power cycling my devices. This happens across multiple devices I play on

Could you try out these following steps and see if they help?
Restart your device: Temporary files might be causing errors or network issues where your device is not connecting to the server or your local network properly, and sometimes a simple restart can solve this.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data: Open your Settings app, and select Network & internet or Connections. Turn Wi-Fi off and mobile data on, or turn mobile data off and Wi-Fi on.
Turn Airplane mode on and off: Open your Settings app, select Network & internet or Connections, and select Airplane Mode. Depending on your device, these options may be different. Now, turn the Airplane mode on, and wait for 10 seconds. Then, turn the Airplane mode off and ensure that your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection is active.
As I said, this happens when I try to collect rewards, like the "rewards from the basket". It also happens when I select the store (the last item to the right at the bottom of the screen). There have been no ads for me since... ever.

Sorry for your problem, in order to help you could you please give more details? It happens when you are watching Ads or with Harvest Rush or different?
