The best thing to do as regards not getting rewards would be to contact player support from within the game. The harvest rush connection is a seperate issue to not getting them for other events.
We don't have an update on that yet, but they have asked for player IDs to see if they can see anything there. The trouble is when there is an issue that doesn't affect everyone, its harder to isolate, that is why its taking a long time 😒
Also didn't receive bonus bars for last week.

Are you playing on a device? Click on the cog on your menu, choose profile and at the top is the king logo. Double tap that and it will give you a number 🙂
It has, been happening so long I am not aware that I have collected awards but most likely not.
Where do i find player ID?
Unfortuanately it seems to be caused by an issue that they cannot get to the bottom of easily as it is not effecting many players.
Just to double check, you couldn't get the rewards at all?
Could you let us have your player ID please.

Could you try out these following steps and see if they help suggested from the Community Manager?
Restart your device: Temporary files might be causing errors or network issues where your device is not connecting to the server or your local network properly, and sometimes a simple restart can solve this.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data: Open your Settings app, and select Network & internet or Connections. Turn Wi-Fi off and mobile data on, or turn mobile data off and Wi-Fi on.
Turn Airplane mode on and off: Open your Settings app, select Network & internet or Connections, and select Airplane Mode. Depending on your device, these options may be different. Now, turn the Airplane mode on, and wait for 10 seconds. Then, turn the Airplane mode off and ensure that your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection

Sorry if you have a problem with the "Connection Lost " the Farm Studio is aware of it and they are working on it but it will take some time , as soon as we have news we inform you!!
