[Solved ✅] 🛜 Lost Connection Issue on Windows/FB
Update: The problem has now been fixed on Windows/FB!
Hi Farmers! We've noted that a few of you have shared with us that you're experiencing a problem where it says "Lost Connection" in the game for you.
If you experience this issue, please post in this thread and include the following information:
- Platform (Facebook/Windows/iOS/Android)
- Player ID (Find your Player ID)
- When the problem started
If you have any screenshots or videos it would be very helpful as well!

There was an issue with Facebook that caused connectivity issues for all players that are logged in with Facebook. That was the reason your game was showing as if you are offline!
I hope everything is back to normal now! If not, please reply back by typing in the blank box given below🌹🌺

Looks like you are on Apple device! Our Community In-charge team has provided some Help Articles for the players. Please see if the tips given in those articles help you🐣
Since I do not know whether you are connected to Facebook or Kingdom account...
1) Please try THIS Link if you have saved your game Facebook account;
2) Try the tips in THIS Link if you are logged in with Kingdom account;

Good afternoon. I tried all the options you described above. Yes, I have an Apple system, the latest update is installed both on the phone and in applications. I deleted the application login data from Facebok itself, then logged in again through Facebook, but the application still says no internet connection. At some point I was looking for an alternative to your application and found your game - Super farm heroes saga. When I log into it, I also have no connection to the Internet and get the same error.
There was an error with the Internet connection on both iPhone 11 and iPhone 15 pro
