Not opening on ipad

I am attempting to play and for the past 2 days the app is not opening? Shows loading and the border of the screen looks like yellow gingham but nothing happens.

    Same thing happened to me,make sure you save your game levels,I saved mine on my email,then you can delete the game n reinstall.I just d I d this yesterday n it worked.Make sure you save your level first.

    But I can’t even open the app so how do I know if my game levels are saved?

    I got on the farm hero's saga web site,clicked on a couple different icons until I found the right one,it told me to open a new account,when I tried,it said I already had an account,,then it guided me to reinstall without looking my levels.
