[Solved ✅] 🎁 Daily Bonus Missing on Windows/FB

Update: The problem has now been fixed on Windows/FB!

Hi Farmers! We've noted that a few of you have shared with us that you're experiencing a problem where your Daily Bonus is no longer appearing.

If you experience this issue, please post in this thread and include the following information:

Platform (Facebook/Windows/iOS/Android)
Player ID (Find your Player ID)
When the problem started

If you have any screenshots or videos it would be very helpful as well!

Hello, could you let us know how you are playing the game please, on a device or via a browser?

If on a browser, have you cleared cache and cookies? If you have a windows 10/11 computer you can download the app from the microsoft store and play on it that way. 🤗

We are not sure whats happening right now, but it has been reported to the community manager.

In the meantime if you are playing with the game on a browser and have a windows 10/11 computer, you can download the app from the microsoft store and see if it is working better there for you.

Hi and welcome to the community. We have reported it to the community manager but its the weekend now. Do you have windows 10/11? You can download the app from the microsoft store which would be a good workaround 🤗

@PummyRaj Bluestacks is a programme that you download and allows you to play games that you can normally only play on mobiles, by making it think the computer is a phone.

Not needed this time though as you say. 🤗

I am having the same problem. I am playing on a HP desktop using google. I play everyday, and haven't received any daily rewards for at least a week. I don't ask teamates for lives, so I can't contest to that, but definitely not getting the daily rewards.

Hi,I am playing on my Laptop using Google Chrome, for years and never had a problem, no daily reward and unable to ask team mates for lives, nor send any lives to them, due to the "connection lost" that appears on the screen

I do not know "going offline" is the cause for not receiving boosters!

I am also not receiving Daily Bonus from yesterday and I do not have this connection issue!

But, it is a good point! Other players who are having this issue did not mention it either!! But, let me enquire again though!

Sorry!! I am not familiar with Bluestacks🤔

I have Windows 11 on my laptop and I did not experience any issues with downloading the App (I downloaded last year though)! Do you have Microsoft Store downloaded in your PC? That should do the trick!

I did not receive my daily bonus anymore since Monday. I also can not receive lives from my friends and my team anymore

Your advice to download the windows App for the Game is not helpful. The Apps are all Android Apps & require a Emulator to play. I the past i have used a Emulator called Bluestacks. It works, but in effect means your are playing from a Android device & not from a Windows device. I have a Android Phone & i tried it. The Boosters were working. Still not working on Facebook.

You can get more if you earn more like from the daily bonus or from events, but the free ones do not recharge if you already have any. I hope this clears it up for you 🤗

I am using Google chrome on my Chromebook. Been playing on this device for 2 years now, no issues, now all of a sudden farm heroes has been doing this, no daily reward, and can not ask team mates for lives.

Where have the timed daily rewards gone?
I looked forward to getting the timed rewards with boosters on the daily reward as they were very helpful. Why get rid? It’s always the most useful things that disappear instead of the useless ones like dicey acres.

Level 4744
Has anyone any idea how to complete Level 4744. Since we no longer get the 30 minute special bonus I cant complete it. I don't see why I have to buy gold etc to complete a level. Any idea why we are not getting the 30 special bonus anymore as well…Help!!!!
