Same here.. it's been several days and no daily bonus. Also, not receiving "gifts"
I'm hoping this can be fixed, I need those bonus's to play.

We want to apologize for the inconvenience in the game and let you all know that the Studio has been informed and are investigating the issue. Once we have more information we'll make sure to update you here and in the main post of this thread!
I am very disappointed in not getting the daily bonus. We should be given some kind of notice if they have either stopped giving them or if there is a problem. Some of the levels are difficult without them.
It is disappointing and and annoying to say the very least..thanks for letting me know I am nott alone in this problem
We've now been notified from the studio that if you're playing on Windows or Facebook, this problem should now be fixed! We're super thankful for players notifying us so that the studio could take action in improving your game experience.
So make sure that you have an internet connection the next time you open up the game to update it to version 6.33.13 of Farm!
If you experience these problems on any other platform like iOS and Android, please make a separate thread so we can have another look into it!
Hello LoFiGummy, I can confirm both the issues I reported previously, namely the daily bonus and the Connection Lost within the actual game, have been resolved for myself, having just received my first daily bonus for some weeks, and also being able to send and receive a life from my Team. Can you please that the studio for sorting these issues out

Thank you, @PummyRaj. So sorry for the delay, just extremely busy. Appreciate the information and all seems well now. However, I'm still not sure I'm doing this right. I am in FB and access it there on my Win 10 PC. Am I still doing this wrong? The only think I could ever find for FHS at the MSFT store was an XBox app.
