I have the exact same issue. connection lost. no daily reward for a week now. Have been playing this game for years, and now it is giving me issues, never before.

Did you open the game on a browser in these past few days? If so, it is not you! Many players are experiencing this issue of not receiving Daily Bonus, on their computer - Browser version (all browsers).
But, the Windows 10/11 App and the game on mobile devices is working fine and no issues.
It was reported to our Farm Community In-charge on Thursday itself! But, we haven't heard back anything yet! I am assuming that we have to wait till late Monday as Kingsters won't work over the weekend๐

Do you have windows 10/11? I would highly recommend downloading the game app from the microsoft store. Its much quicker and doesn't rely on the facebook platform to play. You can log in using the same details as you have now.
