But assurances it's not just an excuse because you are disappointed with the answer given. All the game studios do it and if you think it's limited to just Kingβ¦. You ought to hear the complaints about another major companies game. At least when an event breaks a game or players really are not happy with it (which is the reason for testing amongst other things) they ignore comments. this might explain better. It's not King related but it's the same reasoning

I havenβt had any events since January and I gave up on asking for help because I get the same excuses about some test group. Iβve been playing this game for years and this has never happened. I barely play it anymore.

If there is no Theater season event in your ID player! you have to wait until next month month 4 for the event to appear and be visible in your ID player, hopefully there will be an event and the event season will come next month month 4.πΌπΌππ

Sorry to heard it you, I still haven't had that event yet? Not everyone gets the event at the same time, you pay the Farm Pass for Β£4.99 after the 2 days!
I've not had any new events for 2 months now. Have contacted them numerous times but just get the generic answer back. Never happened before in 6 years so I know it's not normal. Even lost my Farm Pass which I'd paid Β£4.99 upgrade after 2 days.
