Bonnie's Boosters Resetting

Is anyone else having a problem with Bonnie's Boosters resetting back to zero if you loose a level? Even if you had been on a 5+ winning streak? Instead of dropping down a level, for the past week or so it goes all the way back to zero boosters.

I don’t have Bonnie booster at all? Can someone know why? I got version 6.38 and reached level 142
